Thailand’s Consul General in Frankfurt, Nattapong Lathapipat, attended KULTÜR 2026, the international Turkish–German festival of culture and arts held on 11 October 2026 at the Internationales Theater Frankfurt in Germany. Organised by Almanya Türk Expatlar e. V., the festival brought together international artists, writers and diplomatic representatives for music, arts and intercultural dialogue.

Other diplomatic guests included representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Tunisia, Algeria, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye. Performances featured artists connected to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ireland, Poland, Germany and Tatarstan, and Czech author Kateřina Tučková joined a literary conversation. The main stage was hosted by Rana Ayhan-Tuncel.

The KULTÜR Awards – Altın Ü recognised Aziza Mustafa Zadeh (MUSIC), Emine Sevgi Özdamar (STORY), Esra Karakaya (MEDIA), Micha Fritz (IMPACT) and Bülent Ceylan (BRIDGE). Aziza Mustafa Zadeh attended in person, while Micha Fritz and Bülent Ceylan sent video messages.
